At CT Designs, the elevator doors ding open. Katie steps off. She walks up to Henry. Henry is on an office phone.
HENRY: (on the phone) Mr. Markham, please. Just think about this decision. I promise you that this company truly does value your business. I’m just asking that you think this decision over. Alright, thank you. Have a lovely day. Bye.
Henry hangs up the phone.
KATIE: Hard at work I see.
HENRY: Today has been the day from hell.
KATIE: Well, before you explain why, we need to talk.
HENRY: About…?
KATIE: I think I found the perfect guy for me.

At Lisa’s Penthouse, Lisa is pouring two cups of tea. There is a knock at the door. She lets out a sigh and walks over to the door.
LISA: (opening the door) Thank you for coming, Mr. Beck.
Julian enters, as Lisa shuts the door.
LISA: I’m so happy that we finally get to meet.
JULIAN: The pleasure is all mine.
LISA: And, I cannot thank you enough, for agreeing to be an investor.
JULIAN: Lisa, if I can call you that…
LISA: Sure.
JULIAN: I am happy to open this new ballroom, with you. I cannot wait for this partnership, to take off. It is going to be wonderful.
LISA: I hope so.

At Tom and Margo’s Home, Tom is on his laptop. He is looking over a case briefing. There is a knock at the door.
TOM: Just a second!
Tom closes his laptop and walks to the door. Upon opening it, Rosanna barges in.
TOM: Rosanna…
ROSANNA: I’m glad your home, Tom.
TOM: What’s up?
ROSANNA: I need a lawyer.
TOM: Why?
ROSANNA: Because, I wanna sue my sister, for all she’s worth.

At the Mona Lisa Restaurant, Holden and Emma have just sat down, for lunch. They both have menus, in front of them.
EMMA: I’m so happy.
HOLDEN: Why?
EMMA: Well, I finally get to have lunch, with you.
HOLDEN: This makes me happy, too.
EMMA: So, how’s the case going?
HOLDEN: Faith’s?
EMMA: Yes. How is my granddaughter doing?
HOLDEN: She’s doing great. There was actually a breakthrough.
EMMA: Was there?
HOLDEN: Yes.
EMMA: What is this breakthrough?
HOLDEN: We found him. We found Justin.

At BRO, in Barbara’s Office, Barbara is on her cell phone.
BARBARA: (on the phone) Honey, I will watch Hallie. I get it. You and Gwen had to return to work. Hallie will be just fine. I will make sure that she attends every class at Oakdale U. I love you too. Bye.
As Barbara hangs up, Paul enters.
PAUL: Hey, mom.
BARBARA: Honey.
Barbara goes to Paul and embraces him.
BARBARA: How are you?
PAUL: I’m good, mom.
BARBARA: I didn’t expect you back into work, for awhile. So, what brings you, by here? Are you coming back to work?
PAUL: Yes, but first, I really needed to see you.
BARBARA: About what?
PAUL: Diego.

Back at CT Designs, Henry pours himself a cup of coffee.
HENRY: Sure you don’t want anything?
KATIE: I’m good. Thanks.
HENRY: So, tell me more about this new man.
KATIE: Well, his name is Julian. He is a hot-shot rich, businessman.
HENRY: Last name?
KATIE: Beck.
HENRY: Stenbeck?
KATIE: Ha, ha, ha. Very funny.
HENRY: Thought I would check. I do love family.
KATIE: No one loves a Stenbeck family member.
HENRY: Except for me.
KATIE: And, maybe Paul, Cabot, and Eliza.
HENRY: Maybe them.
The two laugh.
KATIE: Anyways, he is so handsome, Henry. I am instantly falling for this guy. Do you believe in that whole love-at-first-sight, thingy?
HENRY: Of course I do. Look at Babs, and I.
KATIE: Yeah. You two, are the perfect example.
HENRY: We try. Hey, this guy just needs to know, one thing.
KATIE: What’s that?
HENRY: If he ever hurts you, then he will answer to me.
KATIE: (laughs) Okay. Thanks for always looking out for me.
HENRY: I always will.

Back at the Mona Lisa, Emma and Holden have their drinks, in front of them.
EMMA: So, you will found him?
HOLDEN: Yes. We tracked him all the way, to Cincinnati. Jack is searching for him, as we speak. He hopped on a plane, last night.
EMMA: (sighs) This is truly a miracle. Hopefully, Faith will be able to sleep easy, at night. That is all I hope and pray for.
HOLDEN: Me too, ma. Me too.
EMMA: That girl deserves it, after all, she’s been through.
HOLDEN: She truly does.
EMMA: How’s Lily, by the way?
HOLDEN: She’s getting better. She has a lot of treatment, ahead of her. Other than that, she’s surviving. Just as she always has.
EMMA: And, you?
HOLDEN: Excuse me?
EMMA: How have you been?
HOLDEN: Just trying to keep the peace.
EMMA: I want you to remember two things. One, protect those you love. Two, protect yourself. Care about yourself. If you live by those two things, you will live a long, and happy life. That much, I promise. Now, let’s order.
HOLDEN: Agreed.

Back at Lisa’s Penthouse, Lisa and Julian are sitting on the couch. The two are drinking tea, and Julian’s IPAD is sitting on the table.
LISA: These layouts, are magnificent. With these plans, Oakdale will be blown away. But, that is what we are counting on.
JULIAN: We very much are. Now, at the rate we are moving, I do have an opening date prediction.
LISA: When do you think we can open?
JULIAN: New Year's Eve.
LISA: Julian, that is wonderful. We will be able to have a big New Year’s Eve bash! Just in time to ring in 2017!
JULIAN: It will be legendary.
LISA: Well, I better start party planning, as well.
JULIAN: Sounds good to me.

Back at BRO, in Barbara’s Office, Barbara leans up against her desk.
BARBARA: I assume you heard all about, our little meeting.
PAUL: I did. I heard how Diego said, that he is coming after everyone.
BARBARA: I wouldn’t worry about him.
PAUL: Really? Why not?
BARBARA: Because he doesn’t have the resources.
PAUL: Mother…
BARBARA: Paul, are you worried?
PAUL: Yes.
BARBARA: Why?
PAUL: Bonita Chica’s first product ships out, in the new year. He can screw that up, in a heartbeat. I know that he can.
BARBARA: If he really wanted to hurt us…
PAUL: Dammit! This would hurt us! We are relying on my new division, to put this company, back on the map. If this face cream does not do a successful job, in the market, we will have nothing. And, I mean, nothing!

Back at Tom and Margo’s Home, Tom sets his briefcase aside.
TOM: You want to sue, Carly? For what?
ROSANNA: Her shares.
TOM: In CT Designs?
ROSANNA: Yes. We both have 50 percent. I want her 50.
TOM: Why?
ROSANNA: She betrayed me, Tom.
TOM: I thought you and Carly were on good terms?
ROSANNA: We were.
TOM: What changed?
ROSANNA: She slept with Craig. Now, I want my revenge. So, will you help me get Carly’s shares, or not?
The camera zooms up to Rosanna’s face.
